OK this is funnier if you actually know what it is a picture of….Here we are pulling up to the hotel we are staying at in NYC. There is some bum on the left part of the pic taking a piss behind the dumpster and about 20 yeard away toward the right side of the pic are two NYC cops. At elast we thought it was kind of funny.
